I opened my agency in 2006 and currently lead a team of four. I've been with State Farm since 1994, gaining experience in agency management and claims before opening my own agency. I'm a graduate of the University of Mississippi, married, the proud father of four, grandfather of two, and family is at the center of everything I do.
Serving others extends beyond the office. I'm actively involved in my local church and enjoy giving back through community service. Building strong relationships with our customers and community is one of the most rewarding parts of this career.

As an Account Associate for Shawn Wilkins - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

As an Account Associate for Shawn Wilkins - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
